Where does Byblos ship?
Byblos ships worldwide. Orders are delivered internationally, with estimated delivery times of 2–4 business days within Europe and 5–10 business days for the rest of the world.
Shipping & import duties — South Africa & Rest of World
We ship worldwide from Italy. Shipping to South Africa is a flat €24.99.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and local taxes, charged by your country's customs on delivery and paid by the recipient.
For South Africa, customs duties on apparel can be up to 45% of the item value, plus 15% VAT. These charges are set by SARS, not by Byblos, and are not included in the price or shipping shown at checkout.
If a parcel is refused at delivery, return shipping and any customs charges are deducted from the refund.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on EU orders above a minimum threshold, shown at checkout. Orders outside the EU (including South Africa and Rest of World) have a flat shipping rate and may be subject to import duties on delivery.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Products must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are returns free?
No, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes — you can visit us in Milan at Via della Spiga 33.
How do I choose the right size?
All sizes follow the Italian (IT) sizing system. Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you are unsure between two sizes, you can contact our customer care team at customercare@byblosofficial.com for assistance.
