Where does Byblos ship?
Byblos ships worldwide. Orders are delivered internationally, with estimated delivery times of 2–4 business days within Europe and 5–10 business days for the rest of the world.

Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders above a minimum threshold, which is clearly indicated at checkout. This applies to international orders as well.

What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Products must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Are returns free?
No, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Do you have a physical store?
Yes — you can visit us in Milan at Via della Spiga 33.

How do I choose the right size?
