About

Designing the Future, Not Just Clothes.

At Byblos, sustainability is not a checkbox.

It’s an evolving system of intelligent choices, made at every step—from sketch to showroom.

We believe fashion must go beyond trends to become a tool for transformation—social, material, and cultural.

Our collections are built on three pillars:

  • We prioritize certified, recycled, or low-impact fabrics, including GRS-certified silver coatings, plant-based alternatives, and deadstock textiles.
  • From 3D printing to low-waste prototyping, our processes reduce excess while enhancing precision. We collaborate with certified laboratories and suppliers that guarantee traceability and transparency.
  • Sustainability is not static. It’s parametric. We constantly adapt through innovation, experimentation, and feedback from our community.
We don’t pretend to be perfect.
But we are radically committed to progress, transparency, and real impact—measured not just in carbon, but in culture.Because the future isn’t something we wear.

It’s something we build.

RECYCLED PAPER

15% OF REUSE COTTON

Each paper package is wrapped in recyclable material: wrapping paper, lightweight shrink film and reusable pallets.

The production process is designed to minimize emissions: we use only renewable energy certified by EKOenergy, self-produced through hydroelectric turbines and cogeneration systems powered by methane.

Nothing is left to chance—from the short supply chain to carefully monitored suppliers.

Everything is tracked through a full Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and a certified carbon footprint (according to ISO 14067:2018, for those who love the details).

ABOUT

REFIT CERTIFICATE

The residues of the cotton textile production are visible on the surface and give a unique tactile aspect.

  • Reuse cotton to replace 15% of the virgin tree cellulose
  • Contains 40% post-consumer recycled fibre
  • 45% FSC certified virgin cellulose
  • Produced with 100% self-produced green energy - Neutralized CO2 emissions
  • The textile products used are of Italian origin

We're eco. But never boring.

Up to 40% is post-consumer recycled paper, and only a small part comes from virgin cellulose (all FSC or PEFC certified, of course).

The result? A material that smells like the future and responsibility.

We care about the planet, but we’re not trying to be a voice-over in a documentary. Our REFIT paper? A mix of conscious choices and smart materials.

We use it for our packaging and special communications, because to us, every detail matters—even the one that ends up in your hands. It’s made in Italy, at the Favini plant in Rossano Veneto. But it’s more than just paper—it’s a statement of intent.

Savana Fabric – Transparent Origin

Not every sustainable choice comes with a label—and the Savana Fabric is a testament to that. Although it is produced in China and does not fall under preferential trade certifications (such as GOTS or GRS), it stands out for its radical transparency and commitment to responsible sourcing.

This material is accompanied by a long-term declaration of origin, ensuring full visibility over its journey—from the yarn to the final textile finishing. In a fashion landscape that too often hides behind vague claims, Savana takes a clear stance: no greenwashing, just full traceability. It’s a fabric that aligns with modern ESG principles—perfect for brands and consumers who value accountability over empty slogans.

European Polyamide Chain Knit – Local & Transparent

This refined warp-knit fabric is the result of a consciously localized supply chain. Composed of 77% polyamide sourced from Spain and 23% elastane originating from the UK, it exemplifies a responsible approach to textile production—even in the absence of formal certifications like GRS or GOTS.

What makes this fabric stand out is the total traceability of its European origin and its entirely Italian production process. Every step— from warping and knitting to dyeing and finishing—takes place within national borders, ensuring full control, reduced environmental impact, and ethical labor standards.

With its silky feel and structural integrity, this chain-knit textile is ideal for crafting elevated essentials that require both stretch and resilience. The localized approach not only minimizes logistics-related CO₂ emissions, but also strengthens the integrity of the fashion cycle through short-chain transparency and process accountability.

Each creation is completed with a galvanic flash finish and a protective coating, ensuring long-term resistance without compromising lightness or comfort.

Regulatory Compliance

Our jewelry is fully compliant with European REACH Regulation (CE 1907/2006), guaranteeing rigorous safety standards and full material traceability throughout the entire process.

Short and Transparent Supply Chain

From concept to final polish, every step of production takes place in Italy. This short supply chain ensures transparency, consistency, and eliminates the environmental and ethical risks often associated with overseas manufacturing.

True beauty is not just seen—it’s felt in the ethics behind it. By choosing Byblos, you’re choosing jewelry with purpose, origin, and a bold sense of responsibility.

Radical Luxury, Conscious Mindset

The DNA Earrings are more than a masterpiece of parametric design and architectural motion.

They are a statement for a new generation that rejects greenwashing and demands true, traceable, and certified sustainability.

Each piece is crafted through advanced 3D printing technology, minimizing production waste and maximizing digital precision.

At their core? Certified recycled brass, selected for its reduced environmental impact and coated with a 2.5-micron layer of authentic certified silver. Every material is chosen with obsessive care — not just for its beauty, but for its transparency and environmental responsibility.

This is not just “nickel-free.” The DNA Earrings are lab-analyzed and spectroscopically verified, ensuring they are free from harmful metals and dermatologically safe.

Their ethical manufacturing process is fully traceable, with audited suppliers and declared production chains.

Even the packaging aligns with the vision: eco-designed, minimal waste, and fully green. Because luxury today must not ignore its impact — it must lead by example.

This is not just sustainability.

It’s certified responsibility, from raw material to final packaging.
